Awesome food, service and view! Reasonable pricing...you can't beat it! They also allow pets (outside on the back lower decks) as long as they're on a leash and well behaved. I had the Cuban Sandwich and steamed broccoli (which all of it was great!) My boyfriend (he eats A LOT!) had the Country Fried steak, mashed potatoes, green beans, a cheeseburger and coleslaw and loved it all. Definitely will be back when we're in the area again.

I enjoyed the food. Our waitress was very attentive. The only downside was that there was a very long wait for a table. There really wasn't a good place to wait on a very hot evening.

A Greenwood HIT!! This place has it all. Food, Atmosphere, and Service. I had the shrimp and grits along with some fried catfish. It was delicious! Only complaint, the bacon on the shrimp and grits was a bit rubbery. The catfish was fried to perfection! I went with a group of co-workers, and we were seated promptly. The waitress was professional and nice. The location is beautiful and sits on the lake, not just nearby. If you are ever in the Greenwood SC area.... this is a must try.

Had a great father's day meal! A bit of a wait for a booth/seating, but it was crowded. Very good views of the lake from inside! Atmosphere was very nice. We had the Ahi Tuna for an appetizer. It was very good; seared just right; could use a bit more sauce with it, but very good. I had the shrimp & grits! Very creamy, plenty of cheese and seasoned just right. The presentation with bacon, onion and sauce was very upscale! My wife had the meat & 3. Pot roast, mac&cheese, green beans and peach cobbler. Very good &tasty. The peach pie was very good. I had them add a scoop of vanilla ice cream to mine. Very good - wonderful vanilla bean flavor. overall, great experience, it took a while for our meal to be served, but they were crowded & it was father's day. So, all in all, really good meal & nice restuarant in a very pretty setting!

Break on the Lake Restaurant has a nice view of the lake from the patio and many of the inside tables. Being by the water helps create a festive atmosphere. Our server was professional, friendly, and she did a great job tending to our needs, bringing us a couple extra napkins, more water, etc., Hubby had a club salad which he enjoyed. I had a loaded baked potato and a side salad. I would have preferred the baked potato to be a little more cooked, it wasn't fully baked, but edible, it is the second time I visited this restaurant and did not have a completely cooked baked potato and this is the reason I took away one star. Otherwise, everything else was good in my opinion, including a clean women's restroom.

Restaurant was nice and clean. Literally sits right on the lake. Food was out extremely fast. Hot and tasted great. I used to live up here. I was up here on a work trip looking for somewhere different to grab dinner. From the moment I enter the restaurant till the moment I paid my bill, 45 minutes. You can’t even get through fast food that quick these days half the time! A tad overpriced, but the location, service, and atmosphere made up for that. Next time I’m in the area this will definitely be a go to restaurant!

10 outta 10! The food was fantastic! The view was gorgeous! And our server, Breda, was amazing! (I hope I spelled it right) There's a drive-up dock, patio for lounging, or waiting to be seated, and they have several big tvs on different channels. This was our first visit, but we will definitely be back!

This place was great. I got the Captain's feast and everything was good. The fried stuff was a little bit greasy but still good. They have the best fried pickles. The drinks were very good! They were very accommodating to my dairy allergy and were super nice about it. It's refreshing to have people who seem to care and not get annoyed by it. Couldn't ask for a better view.
